Spiced Squash Waffle Recipe

H ere's  a quick healthy waffle recipe. Here in the Philippines we don't have pumpkin so I substituted it with our very own squash. Here's the  original recipe  for your reference. Project 50-15

In December of last year I started Project 50-15. Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Got extra peanut butter? If yes, you should definitely make this easy peanut butter cookies. As a quick-fix afternoon snack for my two-year-old I let him help me make a batch of peanut butter cookies. The original recipe calls for only three ingredients, but I opted to add wheat flour and oatmeal for more fiber. This recipe is so easy, I let my son do the initial mix. He was so excited when I was setting up that I handed him the whisk and rubber spatula.  Easy Peanut Butter Cookies printable recipe Ingredients: 1 cup chunky peanut butter (you can also use the creamy kind) 1/2-3/4 cup sugar (either brown or white will do) 1/4 cup wheat flour 1/4 cup oatmeal (I used the instant kind) 1 egg 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: Heat oven to 350°F or 177 ° C.
