Project 50-15

In December of last year I started Project 50-15. It was intended to help me practice my cooking skills, more so, an excuse for me to use Mr P's imarflex table top convection oven gift. 50-15 was a challenge for me to cook/bake 50 recipes and have it posted in facebook. It's (Ham and Cheese) Muffin Time!

Tired of all the sweet cupcakes you've been eating lately? Although most would definitely say no, I'm sure some would give a slight nod.  This recipe was adopted from onehungrymama.com.
